Our Beagle Lola was experiencing anxiety around other dogs. Patrick was a superb listener and after meeting and observing Lola designed a counter conditioning program to address Lola's anxiety. Patrick's instructions and guidance were concise and clear, and he answered any questions that were asked.

Lola showed signs of improvement after our first session. We were given homework to build on Patrick's initial guidance. We visited a dog park during our second session and once again learnt so much from Patrick's guidance and knowledge. Lola was a happy dog with more confidence and less anxiety around dogs in the dog park. We know that it will take persistent and consistent counter conditioning to make Lola more confident but with the skills we have learnt we now have the ability to help Lola.
